  • How long can I rent equipment?

    You get the equipment as long as you need it. We have a consultation with each customer to ensure we can provide you with the equipment you need.

  • Are your toilets clean?

    Yes. We ensure our toilets and other equipment are thoroughly cleaned after usage.

  • How far do you deliver portable toilets?

  • How far do you deliver restroom trailers or shower trailers?

    Portable Services can deliver trailers to most of Tennessee, Arkansas and all of Mississippi. Feel free to contact us to see if we service your city.  

  • How often do you service long-term rentals?

    Most rentals are serviced 1x per week, but we can tailor our services to our customers need.  

  • How many portable toilets do I need?

    There are a lot of factors that go into this, to include event size, duration, and even whether alcohol is served. On construction sites, 1 toilet is recommended for every 10 workers. Reach out to us today, and we will be more than happy to help determine how many units are needed, at no cost to you!  

  • What happens if my porta-potty gets tipped over?

    No worries! Simply call into our office or contact us here and we will dispatch a technician within 24 hours to have your unit cleaned or swapped out. This is at no cost to you.  

  • Do rentals come with toilet paper?

    Yes. Our units come stocked with three rolls of toilet paper per unit. Additional rolls are available upon request.   

  • How many handwashing stations do I need?

    The Portable Services rule of thumb is a 2:1 ratio. For every 2 portable toilets, 1 handwashing station is recommended.   

  • Do you have hand sanitizing stations?

    These are available upon special request. 

  • Do I have to provide a handicap portable toilet?

    For an event, at least 1 handicap portable toilet is required for every 20 standard portable toilets.  

  • What’s the difference between ADA portable toilet and a handicap toilet?

    Both are wheelchair accessible, however ADA portable toilets are large enough to allow for a wheelchair to make a full 360- degree rotation, and a handicap unit does not allow for a full rotation.  

  • Do you offer handicap accessible restroom trailers with a ramp?

    Yes. Please contact us for more information regarding these specialized restroom trailers.
